Shipping and Delivery Policy

SHIPPING
Orders sent by UPS or FedEx are billed at the rates in effect at the time of shipment. Orders with several items may ship from many locations. In this scenario, you will get a different email for every shipment.

SIMPLE SHIPMENT

Orders for parcels in stock will be delivered the same day if received by 12:00 PM CT.
In-stock orders that are placed after 12:00 PM CT will be delivered "next day."

DELIVERY POLICY
The client is responsible for covering shipping and insurance costs. The shipping costs shown only cover delivery; any taxes, customs fees, etc., are the responsibility of the buyer. Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, handles all sales fulfillment. From the YAAD SMILES LLC facilities, shipping and freight costs are paid in advance and added to the invoice or billed collect.

Delivery of the Products to the carrier will constitute delivery to the customer, and title and risk of loss will transfer to the customer, subject to YAAD SMILES LLC right of stoppage in transit. In order to plan delivery as near as feasible to the customer's chosen delivery date(s), YAAD SMILES LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to start shipping.

 

Delivery of a quantity which varies from the quantity specified shall not relieve Customer of the obligation to accept delivery and pay for the Products delivered.

Products may be sent either to the shipping address provided at the time you place your Order, or to a designated parcel collection point. We will provide further delivery information to you after you have placed your Order.

 

Our delivery information will be communicated to you via email and SMS when you place an order with YAAD SMILES LLC.
