Refund/Cancellation Policy
A 100% refund is given for cancellations made seven days or more before the event. There is a 20% fee for cancellations made within three to six days. A 30% fee will be charged for cancellations submitted within 48 hours of the event.

Up to 72 hours before to the event date and time, you may ask for the cancellation of your ticket and receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 25 and 72 hours prior to the event may be rescheduled for the same order and date.

In rare cases, a package may be returned to us as undeliverable. There are a few reasons why your delivery may have been returned to YAAD SMILES LLC:

If your address is a PO Box or private mailbox service. We do not deliver to these addresses.

If the address provided was incorrect or outdated.

If the postal service has made three attempts to deliver, it is customary for them to then return it to us.

If your package was damaged in transit.

If the package was refused in error.
If we receive a returned package, you will need to verify the delivery address and settle any delivery charges before we can resend it. If we have made a mistake, no additional postage costs will apply.
